By accessing or using any services, products or content provided by AgentLegal, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services and Products

2.1 Realtor Legal Services

AgentLegal offers professional legal assistance related to property transactions, drafting of agreements, and representation. Each engagement is tailored to your specific needs.

2.2 Digital Information Products

AgentLegal provides digital guides, templates and instructional materials designed for real estate professionals and property owners. These items are delivered electronically upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

AgentLegal may offer printed manuals, workbooks or branded materials. Goods are shipped to the address you specify at the time of order.

3. Fees

Fees for services, digital products and goods are as quoted on our site at the time of order. All charges are due in full before delivery or commencement of services.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Realtor Legal Services

If you cancel within seven days of signing an engagement agreement and no substantive work has commenced, AgentLegal will issue a refund via the original method of payment within fourteen days. Services involving court filings, notarizations or other third-party fees are non-refundable due to irreversible resource commitments.

4.2 Digital Information Products

You may request a refund within fourteen days of delivery if the material has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted or download begins, no refund can be issued.

4.3 Physical Goods

Requests for refunds must be made within thirty days of shipment. Goods must be unused and in original condition. Customer covers shipping costs for returns. Upon receipt and inspection, AgentLegal will process a refund via the original method of payment within ten days.

5. Transfer of Services

Appointments for legal services may be transferred to another party upon written notice at least three days before the scheduled date. Transfers are subject to availability and must comply with applicable rules of professional conduct. Digital products and physical goods are not transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgentLegal provides services and products on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentLegal disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
